Exchange and Refund Policy
We will gladly process a refund for any wrong or missing item from your order.
Please check your order immediately if there are missing or wrong items upon receipt. Request for refund or exchange must be made within 24 hours upon the delivery of your order.
Please email a photo of the item/s with your order name and number to email@example.com for verification purposes. Once we have confirmed that your request is valid, we will immediately process the refund or exchange. Please read below for our conditions for refund and exchange:
WRONG ITEM OR FLAVOR RECEIVED
If you have received a wrong item, we can only process an exchange if the item is sealed and not tampered in its original packaging. If the item has been opened or consumed, only a refund can be processed.
ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM
If your order is missing an item, we will process a refund for the missing item.
Only missing or wrongly delivered items will be refunded. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please note that for credit card and debit card payments, it may take up to 30 days or 1 billing cycle for the refund to reflect on your billing statement or account.
By placing an order, you have read all terms and conditions including delivery cut-offs and times. Change of mind is not valid for exchange and refund.
Gift cards are not valid for refund or exchange.
