FREE DELIVERY
We offer free delivery to Metro Manila and Rizal areas listed below for every ₱2,000 purchase. (Free delivery is currently not applicable to Bulacan.)
ECONOMY DELIVERY
We now offer ECONOMY Delivery for a flat rate of ₱100 for a minimum ₱1,000 purchase to Metro Manila and Rizal areas listed below. Delivery is within 2-3 days from payment of order. Economy delivery is not applicable for delivery on a specific date. (Economy delivery is currently not applicable to Bulacan.)

DELIVERY POLICY
Date and Time of Delivery
Due to the high volume of orders and perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict delivery schedule and unfortunately cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery. Delivery will be anytime form 8 am to 8 pm. We send a notification email once your order is in transit and our rider will contact you once he arrives at the delivery address. Please take note of the following cut-off times:
-Same Day Delivery (Courier booked by icecreamlovers.ph) Cut-Off Time: 5:00 p.m. Mondays to Saturdays, 3:00 p.m. Sundays
-Same Day Pick Up (Pick up in person or courier booked by customer) Cut-Off Time: 9:00 p.m. Mondays to Saturdays, 3:00 p.m. Sundays
Please inform us upon checkout if you would like to have your order delivered on a later date.
10-Minute Waiting Time Policy
To preserve the frozen state and quality of our products, we strictly implement a 10-Minute Waiting Time Policy. Before completing your order, please make sure that someone will be able to receive it within 10 minutes upon rider’s arrival to your address (house gate/building lobby/village gate for lockdown villages) at any time within the day of delivery. Our rider will leave after 10 minutes given that we have contacted both recipient and sender. We will not be responsible for surprise gift orders with no available recipients. Redelivery, whether within the same day or a different day, will incur additional delivery charges. We will not be responsible for the change in quality of redelivered, previously melted orders.
