We always try to keep our stocks healthy so you won't have to worry about missing your favorites. In the event that a product is out of stock, you may click the NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE button and sign up for notifications so we can update you through email or SMS when it is back in stock.

While we accept bulk orders, we currently do not offer bulk pricing and reseller rates, thank you!
Orders and Payment
Order your favorite ice cream in 5 easy steps!
1. Add ice cream to cart and checkout
2. Pay before 5 PM for same day delivery
3. Send proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org
4. Expect delivery within the day (next day if paid after cut-off or 2-3 days for Economy delivery)
5. Enjoy your favorite ice cream at home!
We accept bank deposit or online transfer, Gcash, GrabPay, PayMaya, PayPal and debit and credit card payments. Account details will be sent upon confirmation of your order. We highly encourage cashless transactions even for pick up. Should you decide to pay in cash, please do prepare the exact amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD) can be done using Grab Pabili or Lalamove purchase service booked by the customer. Please place your order on our website and choose STORE PICKUP as delivery option and PAY UPON PICK UP as payment method. We will send a notification via SMS and email once your order is ready for pick up. Please note that these services may have a purchase limit of ₱ 1,000-2,000 depending on the rider. To avoid inconvenience, please check with the rider before proceeding with your booking.
Definitely! We’ll even wrap your gift for you for a small fee. We can also include a message with your gift. Just check the gift wrap box and leave your message upon checkout.
Delivery and Pick Up
It’s the last thing we want to happen that’s why we store our ice cream in commercial freezers and use coolers, insulated bags and refrigerants for delivery to make sure your order arrives frozen.
For pick up, you may add ice packs to your order to keep it frozen.
As our products are perishable, please make sure that someone is available to receive your order during delivery. We currently implement a 10-minute waiting time policy. Our rider will leave after 10 minutes given that we have contacted both recipient and sender. We will not be responsible for surprise gift orders with no available recipients. Redelivery, whether within the same day or a different day, will incur additional delivery charges. We will not be responsible for the change in quality of redelivered, previously melted orders.
We currently do not accept walk ins. Please place your order on our website and wait for our notification before proceeding with pick up. Thank you!
We are located near Roosevelt Avenue, Quezon City. Regarding orders for pick up, we will send you the complete address and pick up details together with your order confirmation. Please note that all orders must be placed on our website and we do not accept walk-ins.

ECONOMY DELIVERY (NOT APPLICABLE FOR SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE)
Flat rate of ₱ 100 to Metro Manila and select Rizal areas for a minimum ₱ 700 purchase. Delivery in 1-3 days from payment of order. (Economy delivery is currently not applicable to Bulacan.)

Yes, we offer free delivery to Metro Manila and select Rizal areas for a minimum ₱2,000 purchase! Please choose FREE DELIVERY upon checkout.
As of now, we can deliver to select areas in Bulacan and Rizal that are accessible by on-demand delivery services (Grab, Lalamove, etc). Currently serviceable municipalities include:
Bulacan - Meycauayan, Marilao, San Jose Del Monte
Rizal - Cainta, Rodriguez, San Mateo, Taytay and limited areas in Antipolo City
For other provinces and cities, you may place an order for pick up and book your preferred third-party courier for delivery.
Due to the high volume of orders, we currently cannot accommodate delivery time requests, but we guarantee that your order will be delivered on the same day or your requested date as long as you have paid before our cut-off time.
If you need your order ASAP or at a specific time, we recommend to place an order for pick up then book a third-party courier for the delivery. Please ensure that your rider has an insulated bag to keep your order frozen.
Yes, you can order in advance and have it delivered on a specific date. Please make sure to write your preferred delivery date on the note to seller/date for scheduled delivery box upon checkout.

If you placed your order after the cut-off time, please expect delivery on the next day.
If you want your order delivered on a different day, please leave a note to seller upon checkout.
For ECONOMY delivery, please expect delivery within 1-3 calendar days.
